Glenn has more than 20 years experience in software engineering, CRM and executive leadership. As only the 9th recipient worldwide, Glenn is a member of a very small group of Salesforce Certified Technical Architects. Glenn has a rare mix of sales and engineering experience, resulting in more than 8,000 hours of successful work on very complex projects. He has a Bachelors degree from Miami University and is a recognized expert in web standards and how they impact business processes. Glenn has been a featured speaker at several industry events, including COMDEX and Lotusphere.
As an executive leader in several organizations, Stephen brings a deep knowledge and experience of process and tool improvements, including Salesforce.com. Steve is passionate about innovation and the end-customer experience. Since 2009 he has lead teams from ideation to implementation of complex projects resulting in customer experiences that have far exceeded expectations, all the while assuring quality, on-time project delivery. He has a proven track record of taking an often complex process or methodology and turning it into an experience that delights both internal and external customers. Steve has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Kentucky.
